The hotel is situated near Legian Street and just a few minutes from Kuta Beach, offering a good location for shopping and dining. My stay was unexpectedly quiet despite being right in the middle of things. The staff, especially Oka from the restaurant, were fantastic, always going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms were nice and clean with cold air conditioners and beautiful massages, but the noise from the next-door kitchen made it difficult to sleep in, especially with young children.
The hotel has lovely and nice gardens filled with mosquitoes, but the rooms are good and spacious with a nice swimming pool. The service was extremely well trained and friendly, although there was an issue with charging for breakfast that was already included. The hotel had really nice rooms, but they were very outdated, and to be honest, the bathroom was just yuk and gross. After 1 night, I was next to another hotel next to their kitchen, so that was loud in the morning and I couldn't sleep in.
